    1)      Only Program available is 5/1 ARM starting at 5.75%
    2)      Borrower cannot have any Foreclosures,Short Sales or Bankruptcies
    3)      Borrower needs to have a score of 700 or higher
    4)      Program is good for Owner Occupied, Second Homes and Non Owner Properties
